Paradise Tours’ Policies

By using our website or acquiring our services, you agree to these Policies and to our Terms and Conditions.

Our service is offered to hotels and tourist areas of the Atlantic and Pacific areas of Costa Rica only. Reservation is required to access this service.

Our rate does not include entrance fees to parks or adventure activities. Our customers may request this as an additional service.

Cancellations or modifications made less than 15 days before the departure will incur the charge of 100% of the rate.

The waiting time from the agreed time at the airport will be 1 hour maximum. In case of no show, Paradise Tours will still charge the full price.

The waiting time at the hotel will be 20 minutes maximum. In case of no show, Paradise Tours will still charge the full price.

If you want to request personalized services, you must send a copy of the voucher or receipt via email, to which we will reply with our confirmation.

The maximum amount of luggage depends on the number of passengers traveling. If there are less than 6 passengers, there is no restriction.

Paradise Tours will not be responsible for any luggage or belongings left unsupervised.

Paradise Tours will not be responsible for any luggage or belongings lost or forgotten in the minivans.

All equipment other than luggage must be notified to Paradise Tours. We reserve the right to transport it.

Children between the ages of 3 and 6 years old must use a baby seat or boaster. This must be requested when you make your reservation, and there is no additional cost.

All transfers include a stop at your preferred locations, for eating, taking pictures, observing nature, buying souvenirs, etc; as long as the stop is on route.

The rates shown on this website may be modified without prior notice if Paradise Tours deems it necessary.

Pets or animals will only be allowed in case of disability (e.g. a guide dog).

The consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the minivan is prohibited.

Paradise Tours is not responsible for changes in schedules in ferry services, or delays due to accidents.

In case of situations out of our control, such as difficult weather conditions, strikes, public manifests, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism, Paradise Tours may change or cancel any of the services.

Data Collection

We respect your data. We won’t sell your information.

The information you submit through our forms will be securely stored in our servers, and will only be used as necessary to give you the services you need, to answer your questions, or to notify you about your purchases. If you wish to review or delete your data, please contact us.

We use Google Analytics to better understand our users and provide with better services and experiences. 

Your payment information is safe with PayPal. We won’t have access to any card data, only to your PayPal e-mail address.
